This is the contact page for Morse Code Translator Pro, the free Morse code translator that encodes, decodes, plays and teaches International Morse. Whether you have found a mistake, want a character added, or need to know how the timing engine works, this page is the way through, and a person reads every message.
How to Reach Us
One address handles everything. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot in front of it.
Why People Write to Us
Every message sharpens the tool. These are the ones that reach us most, and each of them has changed something on the site.
- Reporting a character whose code looks wrong, or a prosign sent with the wrong spacing.
- Asking for a character, accented form or Q-code the chart does not yet cover.
- Questioning a timing figure: the PARIS calculation, Farnsworth spacing, or the transmission time we display.
- Flagging an awkward or incorrect translation in one of the interface languages.
- Reporting a browser or device where the audio, beacon or vibration misbehaves.

What Happens After You Write
A predictable route, so you know where a message goes.

It is read and sorted
Messages are grouped by topic: code accuracy, timing, translation, accessibility or general.

Technical claims are tested
If you report a wrong code or timing, it is checked against ITU-R M.1677-1 and against the encoder dictionary before anything changes.

You get a straight answer
Either it was a genuine fault and here is the fix, or it was not and here is the reasoning. We do not send a holding reply and disappear.

The fix ships
Corrections go out with the next deploy, and a change that affects the reference is reflected in the chart and the guides at the same time.
What You Can Expect
The commitments below apply to every message, without exception.
- Your message and email address are used to reply to you and for nothing else.
- We never sell, rent or share what you send, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
- Nothing you typed into the translator reaches us. It never left your browser in the first place. Our privacy policy explains why.
- Corrections are credited if you want them to be, and never published without asking.
- If we get something wrong, we say so plainly and fix it rather than quietly editing the page.

Before You Send
A screenshot, the exact text you typed, and the browser you used turn a vague report into a fix on the same day. If your message is about accuracy, the timing rules and the reading and writing guide may already answer it, and if they do not, that itself is worth telling us.
